Electrical conductivity of nanoring-based transparent conductive films: A mean-field approach

We have studied the electrical conductivity of nanoring-based, transparent conductive films, these being promising elements for flexible electronic devices. Both wire resistance and junction were taken into account. calculated dependency on number density rings. proposed a mean-field approach to estimate main parameters. Comparison direct computations estimates provided by evidenced applicability this those cases where dominates over both resistances are same order. For two cases, linear dependence films By contrast, rings is quadratic when resistance. In case, significantly overestimates since assumptions underlying no longer fulfilled.
